Clinical and Academic Faculty position to join 10 other intensivists providing care in 12 bed multidisciplinary PICU in teaching hospital with resident and fellow coverage. Would also help cover a busy Pediatric Critical Care Transport team and separate PICU run sedation service in the 8 bed sedation unit with APP coverage. PICU supports 5 busy pediatric surgeons, 2 pediatric neurosurgeons, 2 burn surgeons and multiple other pediatric surgeon subspecialists and full complement of pediatric subspecialties. Evidence based medicine practiced including all modes of NIPPV and conventional and unconventional ventilation, HD/PD/CRRT, ECMO, BMT. Outgrown our space with 2 additional floors planned for the Children's hospital including a new expanded PICU in the next 2-4 years.
