Swedish Medical Group is seeking board certified/elidable Pediatric Critical Care physicians to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This role offers mixed coverage of both day and night shifts, working with a small, collaborative team of physicians.   • Full Time and Per Diem positions available as well as leadership opportunity
  • Compensation is between $280,501 and $386,740 per year
  • The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, physicians have CME benefits available to them.
  • Home call and Tele-PICU capabilities
  • Specialized pediatric critical care transport team
  • Robust pediatric sedation unit
  • Supported by 24/7 in-house experienced pediatric hospitalist team
  • Ideal applicants should be very comfortable with deep sedation and have a solid foundation in bedside procedures.

The PICU is a 6-bed unit, adjacent to our pediatric in-patient floor, within the largest Swedish campus in the First Hill region of downtown Seattle.   We are a 5-physician group working along side of dedicated PICU nurses, respiratory therapists, pediatric pharmacists, pediatric therapists (PT/OT/ST) and Social workers.   Swedish Medical Group Pediatric Specialty Care is a tight-knit group of attendings, from a broad array of pediatric specialties, providing excellent care to our patients with concierge-level availability and responsiveness.
