The Division of Critical Care Medicine at Nicklaus Children's Hospital in Miami Florida is searching for a highly motivated board-certified / board-eligible Pediatric Critical Care Physician to join our group in July of 2024.

Our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) is a dedicated 36-bed facility within a 200+ bed specialized children's hospital. Annually, our PICU admits over 2000 children, drawing patients not only from across the state of Florida but also from the Bahamas, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central/South America.

Some highlights and opportunities of our Division and Program include:
- Certified Florida Pediatric Trauma Center
- The first ECMO program in the State of Florida and currently an ELSO Gold Program
- A dedicated 10-bed Pediatric Neuro Intensive Care Unit supported by a team of Neurosurgeons, three board-certified Neurocritical Care Intensivists, and the region's largest Pediatric Neurology specialty group
- Home to the nationally recognized Nicklaus Children's Hospital LifeFlight program
- Highly robust scholarly and research activity within the Division, with opportunity for solid mentoring and professional growth
- Highly reputable Pediatric Critical Care Fellowship Program hosting 9 fellows per year

Additionally, Nicklaus Children's Hospital hosts the largest pediatric residency program in Florida, with 84 categorical pediatric residents.
