UMass Memorial Children’s Medical Center (CMC) and the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School are seeking a board certified/board eligible Pediatric Intensivist to join our incredibly cohesive 5 person attending group who staff our 10 bed multidisciplinary PICU and contribute to the academic mission of our division of Pediatric Critical Care.

UMass Memorial CMC is Central Massachusetts’ primary provider of general and specialty pediatric services. The CMC houses the region’s only Pediatric ICU, Level III NICU, Pediatric Level 1 Trauma center, hospitalist led pediatric inpatient services, a pediatric sedation service, a designated Pediatric Emergency Department, and over 20 pediatric specialty services with a focus on high quality care, education, and academic excellence. We are very focused on our anchor mission for the children and families in this community.

The UMass Chan Medical students and our pediatric and med/peds residencies provide outstanding trainees and excellent educational opportunities. There are ample opportunities for collaborative research locally and our PICU staff has strong multi-institutional research experience. Qualifications: ABMS BC/BE in pediatric critical care. A strong commitment to collaboration, academics, high quality care, and teaching.
