PedsCCM is a collaborative, independent, information resource and communication tool for professionals caring for critically ill and injured infants and children. We are seeking articles, lectures, literature reviews, case reports and practical materials, e.g., clinical pathways: all original educational material submitted is peer reviewed. The information on this site is designed to support, not replace the relationship between patients and physicians or other health care professionals. PedsCCM is the number one non-commercial site on the net for pediatric critical care; search Google, Alta Vista, or Ask Jeeves with "pediatric critical care" and see what site comes up first. In 2005, PedsCCM had 3.63 million page requests and 164,565 downloads (a total of 156.1 gigabytes of data transferred) in 1.3 million visits by 468,867 unique visitors. And with our physician and nursing jobs databases, there were 91,813 searches by 7,211 different visitors!
