PROCNOTE.mdb Readme

This procedure note was developed at Children's National Medical Center,
Washington, D.C.  It is used by the attendings, fellows and house staff 
to document and count procedures, track adverse events, and print
procedure notes.

The program was written in Microsoft Access (PC only) version 2.0. (A Windows
97 version is available separately as PROCNT97.ZIP).

James Marcin (critical care fellow) and Bruce Sprague (database manager)

NOTE: Preparing a new procedure note and choosing "Save Procedure 
Note and Exit This Form" without entering data on the form may result 
in a "Data Type Conversion Error" error message. Of the choices offered, 
do not choose "Debug" or the program may hang.
