PICU Progress Note Template 3 ReadMe

These Microsoft Word or WordPerfect files may be used or modified to serve as templates for Pediatric Intensive Care Unit patient progress notes. There are two pages for the exam which can be combined with two pages each for initial or subsequent care. They were created by John Mickell, MD, Pediatric Critical Care Attending Physician at the Medical College of Virginia, and are being made available "as is" with no guarantees of accuracy, comprehensiveness, or applicability. The files are free to download at no cost, provided they are not used for commercial purposes.
